When Shopping Is No Longer Fun, One Thing You May Need to Know

Do you:
- click new deals all day and night
- drive around the city to pick up "click and collect"
- check your letterbox every second day to check if the $0.01 light arrived
- have plenty of eneloop
- have more cameras or Dyson more than you can use.
- feel rip off if order got cancelled because of price error
- miss out deals you really want

When I first read the term FOMO in OZB and thought It was just another internet slang. Now I realise
FOMO (fear of missing out) can become a pathological condition and cause anxiety and depression.

As a consequence, FoMO is perceived to have negative influences on people's psychological health and well-being, because it could contribute to people's negative

It is not my intention to tell right or wrong, or what others have to do. Think it is good to raise awareness of the possibility of FOMO because this is a community I enjoy to visit online. wish you all happy bargain and good health.

I still buy and visit all the time, but just more relaxed - it is ok to miss out. Win some lose some

FOMO (fear of missing out)(en.m.wikipedia.org) can become a pathological condition and cause anxiety and
    depression.

    Indeed so. However, according to

    http://www.thebookoflife.org/fear-of-missing-out/

there are two ways of viewing FOMO: a Romantic or a Classical approach.
Adopting the Classical approach would seem to diminish the anxiety and agony by quite a bit :-)
