Can anyone confirm that "Battleforge" is completely free without Ads and stuff?
The distribution seems very similar to "Battlefield Heroes", which was let down due to advertising in game and restricted gameplay unless you paid more.Battleforge is free to play, I'm not sure if it has advertising, but in order to use most of the units you need to buy packs of "cards", like the electronic equivalent of Magic: The Gathering or Pokemon collectable card games. You can get some cards just by playing, but mostly you need to buy cards with micro-transactions. I think it's safe to say at the very least that there will be some in-game ads to entice you to buy new cards.
Really kind of you to share these - put me onto some excellent stuff I hadn't seen, and reacquainted me with some old faves! THANKS! :>
looks good to me, bookmarked and thanks, big plus
