  • So the Gears and Rare Replay aren't download codes? I'm confused.

My understanding is that Gears and the Rare Replay are a physical disc and Ori and the blind forest is a download code.

      • I'll buy it if that's the case, can somebody reaffirm?

        • +1

Yes, the Rare Replay & Gears are physical copies of the games. They come in 1 case with pictures of both games on the front and 2 discs that are stacked one on top of the other in the case. Ori is a download token. Hope this helps.

        • @PAFC1870: Sorry to be a bother but is this the case for all bundles with the Gears/Rare Replay/Ori triple pack.

As I was talking to Harvey Norman live chat and they said they're download codes?

        • @hello101:

I can only speak for the bundle I got which was from Target. However, I don't see why they would change it up and only have certain retailers sell the bundle with physical copies & others with download codes. Although, we are talking about Microsoft here, they can do anything they want :)

That's a lot more expensive by any standard.

  • Target have this same bundle in store and it also comes with a physical copy of elder scrolls online, however, it is $479.

  • It's coming ($440-500) to be a par price for these kind of bundles, the Kmart was a good special ($366). Hope they bring it back, I heard someone semi-brodened it by buying 5 units at once. Could there be a way on eBay to restrict these kind of deals to one per customer? Even it out a bit, and prevent the brodens. The two stand out deals for me are the $599 for elite + COD and $366 1TB standard games bundle. If the Kmart one comes back again I'll jump on it (as is went in twenty minutes or so!)

Which do you reckon is the better special the elite, Kmart or this? Is the elite worth the extra $200, have they remodeled the non-elite XB1 1TB console or does it have the same components/chassis since launch?

    • It was through target mate, not Kmart.

The target deal is way better imo. As others have said they usually restock too… So might be worth waiting in case you get lucky.

      • *Target.
