I had my order and the funds were taken on the 20th of October… Still yet to have any phone calls or deliveries..
I went into local store to see what the issue is and i am constantly being told that they will notify head off and let me know. I still am unaware of what is happening as they don't let me know…
Suggestions on what to do? Thanks
PS: if you send an email, they tend to not respond.
Call their head office, provide them the Order # and ask for an update.

Had to do this for my recent OfficeWorks order. Upon calling them is when I discovered that the items I had ordered were out of stock and a refund would be processed.
