I had my order and the funds were taken on the 20th of October… Still yet to have any phone calls or deliveries..
I went into local store to see what the issue is and i am constantly being told that they will notify head off and let me know. I still am unaware of what is happening as they don't let me know…
Suggestions on what to do? Thanks

Got my online order traced and collected from the store.

I ordered an item on the 2nd of Sept. They told me there was a system glitch and they had ran out of stock and therefore had to source it from somewhere else. Then I was told there were courier problems. After a number of emails, I received the item on the 21st of Oct.
It was a very lengthy wait for delivery but they responded promptly to all my emails and updated me on the situation throughout. So perhaps just try contacting them via email to see what happens.
I sent them an email and got a reply a couple of days after. Responded back to that and never received a response… Ill give head office a call in the morning.

Call their head office, provide them the Order # and ask for an update.
Different store…
Had to do this for my recent OfficeWorks order. Upon calling them is when I discovered that the items I had ordered were out of stock and a refund would be processed.
