      Where are you attempting to ship too? We ship from Melbourne and shipping to some areas ie WA, NT and Far North Queensland is expensive for heavy orders (we charge exact courier costs, there are no handling fees added). But I'm happy too check if you can give me your postcode.

        Thanks magicmoose. Looks like we had an issue with the shipping calculation and SA postcodes, so was defaulting to regional rates (which rarely apply except remote WA and NT).

        It's fixed now and should come up as $21.12 for a 20kg Blackhawk pack of dry food to SA (5064).

    Unfortunately not. I've added that to the original post (sorry for the omission), that this is a stand alone offer. Normally we require someone to join our newsletter to get the 20% off, but for Oz Bargainers, we've decided to just give you guys a 20% discount with no joining requirements (of course you could use both in separate transactions and get 20% off twice if you wanted though). This coupon is single use per person.

  nojigoji, your website is broken. Over $100 is free shipping. But when I put over hundred dollars the shipping cost goes retard instead.

  You need to get a more decent courier, prices are way too high for shipping.

    Can you please let me know where you were shipping too and the item in your cart? There are some areas the Free Shipping doesn't apply (as per our shipping page). "Free Shipping for orders $99 or more to all states for orders less than 5KG and ACT, VIC, SA, NSW and Brisbane Metro for orders under 20KG."

    If you could give me your postcode (and items), I can check for you however.
