Try creating a US as an additional address.
That's what I have already, and I had no issues buying this.
You can use one account for multiple countries, you just need to add an address for each one.

Maybe try from the andriod device instead of a pc, that is what I'm trying. This is the result.
This mobile application does not currently support digital downloads. Add this item to your Wish list and you can view and purchase it from your computer.
So I viewed the wish list on the computer and here's the category:

For people having problems downloading try this:
1. Go to the Amazon US site and look for Your Account > Manage Your Content and Devices > Your Devices
2. Deregister your device/s then add it again using a US address. You can use a random address from here http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/gen-random-us-us.php.
3. On the same page go to Settings and change country to United States.
I was able to download from the Amazon site and Amazon Underground app using this method. For the Underground App I chose United States as the country.

Don't stand directly in front or behind them, don't let them near your car and probably should remove any trampolines from your backyard too. Maybe leave the treadmill for giggles.

Has anyone else had issues where previously free games downloaded from amazon, but when you go to play them, it says 'you do not own this game' and then takes you to the amazon app store?
Happened to fruit ninja anniversary edition and some of the free toca kids games
For some reason I follow the underground app email on how to install on a tablet and it still won't show underground.
I was using firefox, changed to chrome and the download popup appeared.

To install the Amazon Underground App, just follow these 3 steps:
Update Phone Settings
-Go to your phone Settings page and tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
-Check the Unknown Sources box and confirm with OK
Install
-Go to Your Downloads
-Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
-Tap on the Amazon App File (Amazon_App.apk)
-Tap Install when prompted
Launch Amazon Underground
-Tap Open to launch the Amazon Underground App
-Sign in, open the left Menu
-Select Apps & Games, where you’ll find over ten thousand of dollars in apps, games and even in-app items that are actually free—unlimited lives, levels, upgrades and more.
Was all set to buy this till I realised it wasn't an android goat stimulator.
