I just got the COD Black Ops on PS3 this morning, and been trying to download the software update. First download got to 32% and then an error appeared, restarted download and came to 42%. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.
Also considering returning the item, but the shrink wrap has been open, anyone know a way around this.
Fair point, might consider waiting a day or two for servers to slow down.
For the trade in, which store is the best in terms of value wise.
What about trying to exchange the disc from where you got it from if this problem keeps occurring?
I just put it on download again, got up to 85% completed, then error.
I don't think exchanging will work, as it was wrapped in shrink wrap. How will I get a new disc. Really want to return it or trade it in now, wasted so many hours.

If there is a problem with the disc and it is not working, the retailer you got it from should exchange it.

Good news, went to my local store told them the problem, they said it was a game issue and nothing wrong with the disk. However, got him to replace it with a sealed copy.

I'm gonna go and try refund it tomorrow, not gonna waste my time on it. It should be easy to refund it now, since it sealed right.
Might upgrade to PS4 and get it on there.

Just go to the shop with your receipt and say you had a change of mind. Should refund it usually within 7 days of purchase.
Maybe a problem with the servers from everyone downloading at the same time?
Trade it in? It's considered used. No store will take it back as new and just give you a refund…
