  had my order cancelled with no explanation.

  at least they refunded my money - but i have emailed them and had no reply.

    Same here, no explanation either, just a refund and reverse of $50 AMEX, very annoying!
    I also received an email saying my order has been shipped a week after my order
    I wont bother to order from their website ever again!!!
