  • How do you find out what is included or otherwise?

  • Is room service included?

    • For all cruises I've been on, yes. You just need to tip the server.

      • Sounds good, how much do they expect to be tipped?

        • They usually give you a guideline of what to tip (it depends on the cruise company and type of room you have).

You have to pay for room service on P&O Australia.

    • And Carnival.

  • OP, did you get the cruise and price you wanted?

  • I think you'd get incredibly bored on this cruise. According to the itinerary, 13 days of the cruise are spent in the middle of the ocean with nothing to see i.e. 'at sea'.

    • +1

The "At Sea" days are the best on a cruise. You actually get to relax and do some of the onboard activities.

  • Nice find but would call this a passage rather than a cruise. A lot of water to look at. Still shes a great ship.

      Still shes a great ship.

So sick of people forcing gender identities on to ships. Let it be what it wants.

      • +4

Agree in principle, but in this case "Mary" is fairly conclusive.

  • +1

Long days at sea can be a challenge but if you have a good book or 3 and there is entertainment and you have a balcony to watch the sea and the waves and you are feeling a bit tired and need some rest and recreation it can be good. Each to their own.

  • Easter Island, arrive 4pm, depart 6pm WTF!

Cunard website says it is a "cruise by".

  • +3

Haven't Mariners a long history of calling ships a she? Who are we to question that?
