Since the onkyo N609 I purchased from Amazon.de died from the widespread HDMI board failure, I'm in the market for a new amp…

Any suggestions on a good deal around $500 AUD shipped?

You might want to see if you can get it repaired.

Onkyo actually has a repair program for this issue.

It might cost more than it's worth to post back to Germany but might be worth a try…

  yea thanks, but someone here mentioned the postage back cost to germany around $400 AUD. So now I have an excuse to upgrade :)
