Sound is slightly better than a telephone so the bluetooth connection is wasted. Way poorer than the existing sound of my TV. Maybe useful as a very expensive door stop.

I think anything less than about $200 means you end up with a crappy sound bar.
Im really happy with the Philips one i got for about $100. But im not an audiophile. That being said, massive improvement on any el cheapo tv inbuilt sound

I was skeptical but picked up one of these during the sale the other day and have now tried it out. I can say that the review posted on the site for this item is completely wrong. That reviewer has obviously not setup the soundbar properly. (Yes it makes a big difference). The sound of this item is surprising pretty good and is certainly a big upgrade to any built in TV speakers. Obviously at this price point its not going to compete with top level Yamaha soundbars, etc, but for the price it's an excellent buy. Recommended!
