A couple of things:
-Some people are still reporting problems with the game since it has been relisted on Steam
-If you buy this Steam game from a store other than Steam you may or may not qualify for the free stuff. (I don't know!)
-free games will be added sometime in November, DLC in January.
-If you already own some of these games I don't know if you will still get them
-If you own the normal edition of some of these games I don't know if they will upgrade to the GOTY
Hopefully they fix Arkham Knight by the time you finish the other games.
