DickSmith online no change of mind policy?

Has anyone bought something on dick smith online and tried to change it successfully?

I bought a fit bit charge but actually wanted the charge hr but they said they dont have a change of mind policy, a bit disappointed. I guess I should read the fine print a little bit carefully next time. Certainly puts me off getting anything from them…

    Go to another store and say not suitable , you will get a refund back to the original payment if you have the copy of the receipt

    If its unopened just go to any store and ask if you can swap for the HR. You probably will need to pay the difference but most stores are lenient.

    tried to go to a store and they said to talk to online….maybe they are tightening this side…
