  I want to signup but find changing clients domain nameservers are a hassle. What would op recommend for easy migration?

    Hello acrankyoldman

    I would recommend making the nameserver changes to yours and your client domain names this one last time but this time, set them to your very own name server addresses.

    For example if your domain is resellerhosting.com.au, set your domains and your client domains to
    ns1.resellerhosting.com.au, ns2.resellerhosting.com.au, ns3.resellerhosting.com.au, etc.

    With your domain registrar, you will need to register your child name servers but this is a very simple and easy to do.

    Then this way when you go to move the clients hosting you just need to update your DNS records for ns1, ns2, ns3, etc to the new IP's.

    Plus you also look more professional by using your very own name server address with your clients domain names.

  Is the WHMCS unbranded on the pro packaging. Hotmail has been blocking my current hosts IP. Is this a problem with Exigent.

    The WHMCS license is branded but please feel free to contact our Sales team and we can help you with an unbranded license for you.

    We have no reports of any issues with Hotmail blocking our IP addresses. In fact we communicate on a daily occurrence with our customers through our ticket/support system that emails back and forth with hotmail.com, outlook.com etc email addresses.

    That error on the website has been fixed…. we've recently just changed our portal URL so thanks for letting us know and you can now visit the site again to use our domain checking tool.
