    Order cancelled, the $50 voucher isn't that great, quite a high minimum spend

  • So I placed an order on the 29th for a 6 pack of clearance white. Did not receive an order confirmation email and it is not showing under the orders section in my account on their website.
    Yet the money is showing as having been debited from my card through Paypal.

    This is weird. Anyone think I'll get my order?

  • Just received a dispatch advice for the 12 bottles of water. I did place 2 orders but 1 was cancelled and I received a cancellation email and $50 voucher and looks like they have honoured 1. I have received a refund in ING for 1 of them.

    • Think it may be auto-generated as I just received the same email but have been refunded and order online is still at 'picking'

  • This company is a bit of a joke. Got the email confirmation from them on a carton of the cider, then got the email the next day saying that it had shipped.

    Was able to track it with Nexday, then got the email from them about the order being cancelled. Then was still able to track it though. Then got the other email today from them about how my order has been sent again, but go online and it is being 'handpicked' and I can no longer track it on Nexday (seems the tracking is down).

    So is my order cancelled and you're giving me the money back or is it being sent?! Seems like an absolute bunch of amateurs running the place.

    Orders cancelled except for one decanter, ironically the one item that didn't cost anything. No refund on the credit card for the items ordered with charge. No email or any communication from Cellarmasters. Fair's fair…. cancel the orders, but stealing my money isn't cool.

  • $50 off voucher off $120 spend as well. Would be cool if there was actually something there I wanted to pay $120 for (like scotch whiskey) but all they have is wine…

  • Well I just got 'the email'. Although I redeemed a $10 Giftpay voucher with my order, so not sure what happens to that now…

    I'm putting these guys on my ban list even though never ordered from them.
    Probably will lift the ban if something like this pops up again

  • So got the PayPal refund email from them, still nothing back on my card though.

    Funnily enough, when I log in it says my order is 'with the driver' and the nexday tracking shows this

        anyone else receive an order?

        • I was told my order of a twin pack shipped. Then got a cancellation from them with $50 dollar voucher. Used the voucher to buy a case of wine since they removed the listing for the twin pack I originally ordered.

          Both ended up getting delivered and I got a refund on the twin pack so I thought I scored some free wine.

          Just got a call from a NexDay asking me to leave the twin pack wine outside so they can come and collect it…

          I just got a call from Nexday as well and they left a message asking for them to be able to come and pick it up. Only problem is, I've already drank some. Oops.

          Cellarmasters can have their money back, but only the original amount that I paid. Unless they want the carton back minus 5 of the ciders.

          I actually forgot to put them back outside and Im going away so they will have to come back in a few weeks if they want them.

          Its a bit rude really. Every time a company has messed up and sent me 2 of something or something extra they have always just said keep it anyway. Not only did they not cancel my original order with the voucher (I'd been looking for an excuse to buy those pinots for a while) they sent it and now want it back. They didnt even contact me themselves, its all through nexday.

          Im in two minds because I have a wine plan with them and get quarterly deliveries which I do enjoy. But this kind of stuff up is a pain in the arse.

          Yeah that's what irked me as well, nothing from Cellarmasters just a call from Nexday saying they have a delivery to pick up. Extremely rude and unprofessional from them.

          If they call again I just won't talk to them, my relationship is with Cellarmasters, not Nexday.

          Isn't this some sort of breach of privacy. Giving a third party information such as name, address and contact number.

          I might be wrong but giving all this info to a third party asking them to contact a person seems wrong to me. It's not the same as sending a parcel for delivery.

          I believe all the information would have been given to the delivery company to make the delivery. They would have just asked the company to recollect certain order numbers.

          As I mentioned, forgot to leave the bottles outside. Haven't heard back from them

    My order was cancelled and I received a refund, but there was no cancellation e-mail and no $50 off $120 offer. I called customer service just for the fun of it and he told me the order was shipped 4 days ago. Then he put me on hold to check on the "delivery", came back and said the order was cancelled and offered me another refund. Idiots.

  • I'd suggest to post reviews on there site. They are dodgy FFS why advertise a discount then reneg on it.

  • After two weeks it hadn't turned up, and no refund or cancellation email either. Eventually had to email them, they told me they were supposed to have emailed me last week to cancel the order. I then had to email them again to get them to refund the money.
