Woolworths seem to have a bad habit of copying and pasting T&C between comps and not thoroughly going through it to check it's good for that comp. Noticed major ones a few times now.

Agreed, although section 22 in the T&C's seems to indicate that they can collect your info and disclose to whomever they want.
