So a friend of mine had this black fungus nail for almost 2 years and I really want to help and give recommendation of solution/dokter/skin specialist.
Do you guys have any recommendation?

I had a friend with really bad fungus on his toe nails. He was put on a course of very powerful antibiotics for a while (I think about two months). It worked.

Oral antifungals are very tough on the liver. Doctors only should be using this as a last resort.
With fungal nail infections, the infection is under the nail in the nail bed. One of the easiest ways of overcoming this is going to a podiatrist so they are able to remove the toe nail, then you use an anti-fungal cream on the nail bed directly. Then a healthy nail is able to grow out.
