I bought a phone from T-Dimension during the recent eBay deal. The vendor didnt post the item yet, and it has already been six days. I have emailed them twice via eBay but received no relly yet. Is it just me or anyone else is waiting for their order too.
I got mine 3 working days after order. They shipped using DHL on Friday from HK. Got here by Monday. I'd say don't worry. Once they shipped, it should get to you in two business days, so it is fairly quick.
I'm having problems with them too - bought a $1k camera, they're now claiming it was the "last stock and has QA problem". Funny though, they've relisted the same item has been relisted with >10 stock at ~$70 higher price point.
I think they've stuffed up on their AUD conversion and been burnt on the higher prices items - my parents bought a cheaper lens and had it within 2 days.
Typical dodgy overseas store by the looks of it - great for cut prices when it works, but when they've stuffed up they will stuff you around big time, lie, and do all sort of dodgy business.
Edit - they've avoided my emails and eBay messages for days and days as well.
That's a pity - I had generally heard positive things about them in the past, which is why I was willing to go through them during this sale. Good luck.
One week and no news from them.
I had the same thing happen to me with the Olympus OMD EM10. They said the last silver one was damaged but they could swap for the black one (which is much less popular).
I got mine today. Do you want to try emailing them through ebay at t-dimension.com? That's one of the support email that they provided in their warranty card.
I emailed them on that, their other addresses, messaged them through eBay - they are very good at avoiding you when they want to.
Took 5 days to get my first reply from them, and they've ignored my reply for 2 days now.
Looks like they actually have an Aus contact number, try calling them?

Already tried it - number is disconnected, and they are not answering their international number.
I've sent them another message, asking if they can just send the multi language version instead of the single language version - I just bloody want this over, getting sick and tired of this. They're definitely getting a negative feedback from me either way, lying scumbags, and they're going out of their way to try and get me to take another colour (who would want a white camera?!).
Have sent them a Skype contact request as well, assuming they're not going to accept it because it's got my name on it. Could someone else send them a request as well and let me know if they get accepted, just to see if they're ignoring me?
They've still not accepted my Skype request, and they're still stuffing me around and avoiding contact with me (they've sent me 3 messages in total - the latest message was trying to get me to accept a cheaper camera!)
Can someone else please try and send them a Skype request chat request to see if they're just avoiding me, or if they're just not chatting to anyone?

Myny, you are in tough luck….Dont bother with all their contacts (including phone numbers, email, skype) Phones are all fakes and uncontactable. Basically they just ignore you and refuse to comment. If I were you just report to where ever your transaction from. Provide all evidence and their dodgy dealing. Good luck…I am glad at least in my case, after wasting my time for days they finally refund me. All I can say, people be warned! If you are in luck all items you purchased are good and no issue then great…but if something happen…then GOOD LUCK! They suck!
