Reading their terms and conditions, they state that if they run out of stock, they may ship from their warehouse in Taiwan, and checking shipping details, it seems that they have done so.
I was wondering, what is my returns and warranty with them like? Do I have to return it to Taiwan if there is a problem now, do I get 2 years warranty in Australia?
Yep, all the stock is grey import, but does that change my 2 years ACL warranty if it is sold by an Australian company?
It’s grey stock therefore not covered by ACL. You're however covered by Samsung Taiwan's 1 yr local warranty (in Taiwan), which translates to QD’s “Local warranty” that themselves have. If your samsung phone is broken, you'll have to send it to QD’s sydney warehouse and they'll send it back to samsung tw to be fixed, that's what their local warranty means, not because it's actually covered by Samsung Australia.
