used to be 70c at my old school canteen! wonder what price it is nowadays at school - I"m sure it's over $1! Red Rooster of all places to sell paddle pops ! LOL

how many chickens are killed everyday to feed people?

    • +1

most likely not even allowed to sell stuff like that anymore.. i remember i used to get a pie and coke for about $5 at lunch. now they arent even allowed to sell soft drinks cause it apparently makes kids fat. was pretty fit at school but now LOL

      • +1

Still wondering when it will take the schools to clue in that it's the hours long homework and the lack of physical exercise causing them to become fat and not the food!

        • +9

never did homework, ate junk food at school and was fat, but I don't blame that on the junk food, I blame my self for all those hours I spent playing video games instead, time not wasted though

Makes you wonder how it's still around surprisingly.

  • How much do they normally cost now?

  • or you could just wait for the specials at WOolies or Coles for $4 or less. usually average price for 8 paddlepops is $5 in the freezer section

  • Paddle pops have always been a $1 in my memory. Oh wait I haven't bought one for like 6 years lol

  • meh 3 mcdonalds cones for me anyday over this 'deal' or wait are maccas cones now more than 30c these days?

  • -2

Red Rooster = P%SS Poor value for money and Ripp off prices!!!

    • Their stuff seems to be microwaved and not that great value for money, but they taste a lot more genuine than mcdonalds and therefore a lot better.

      • +1

They microwave the paddle pops? Well that seems odd.

  • Normal price, at least for the 3 weeks our store has started stocking icecreams

  • I cant stand paddle pop sticks. I liked the plastic connector sticks they had

  • too bad, in CBD there are no red roosters, most red roosters location are only drivable…..
