  Goldie, I placed a pre-order for Mass Effect 2 collectors edition at the start of November 09. Three weeks later I got an email saying "We have been informed by the publisher that it is out of print and no longer available for purchase new. So as to not further inconvenience you, your order has been cancelled".

  I take it from this deal that the item is actually available, and my order was canceled for no good reason. I can't help but feel ripped off because I pre-ordered at a cheaper price than what you have listed (I believe the order came to around $80 for the Xbox collectors version). Seeing this deal just makes me realise that fishpond canceled my order just so you could inflate the prices, and re-offer out to your customers.

  If the item is in stock, is there any reason why you cannot fulfill my original order?

    I apologize, I am actually not sure how that happened as this is the first time I have heard of this?

    But we can fix it pretty quick if you email "Service Fishpond.co.nz" <[email protected]> and let them know we can sort you a copy for the price you originally paid they just require you Fishpond login info.

    We shipped all our stock out for this title yesterday and still have plenty left.

    I got in touch with my customer service for you,

    They say to contact them on http://www.fishpond.com.au/contact_us.php for a quick response.

    the best way is to log onto fishpond and do it from there via the helpdesk link at the bottom, It makes it easier for them to see what you paid for it.

    Alternatively I have plenty of stock if you want to grab it right away :)
