I'm looking at some buyer's agent like:

Anyone has experience with them?
Their fee's are quite high, ranging from around 10k - 15k per property.
exactly. friends of mine were boasting (yeah, boasting) how they paid $5000 to a buyers agent to help them find an investment property.
i think buyers agent is necessary, unless you are and you can doing your own research.
if you go to normal agent, dont forget they are seller agent, and will only sell what they want and think good for them and the seller.
I don't think it's necessary to spend money on what should be common sense…close to schools, public transport, parks and ensure the property has access to nbn or at least fast adsl2.
