Saw these today in the officeworks woolloongabba. The A5 unruled notebook for example was $34.95 reduced to $24.95 and then up for clearance at $12. Stock was as pictured and they also had some other items for clearance but didn't get a pic of them.

Yeah i couldn't comment on the quality as I have never wanted to pay the full $30 or so for one of these. But hey $12 is worth a shot.
Looks like all the Lego branded stuff is marked for clearance on the website. (Not available online however)
Great price. To add, moleskine diaries are the absolute best! Thin, light and lots of space to write in.
