I got an email from Mighty Ape telling me about some Xbox game deals, thought they might be worth sharing here.
Some titles that I don't think are cheaper elsewhere at the moment (please correct me if I am wrong):
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood (Xbox One): $16.00 (down from $29.99)
Thief (Xbox One): $14.00 (down from $69.99)
Destiny (Xbox One): $27.00 (down from $49.99)
I wouldn't recommend destiny for any price. Lol
Although you have your prerogative, so do I, and with a gamerscore in the 170-180k bracket, I'll gladly say Destiny is in my top 5 games for the Xbox One so far.
The taken king has brought me back to it too. But I do agree the base game is now worthless on its own, much like any online game once an expansion is released.. Which is why stores are clearing out their old stock.
i think you just agreed with him.. lol so if base game is free then pay for taken king and its worth it .. otherwise like lindendwightt said lol :)

I was enjoying Destiny until the forced TK update, which has totally ruined the base game playing experience. Even though the campaign was ridiculously short/easy, the weekly strikes & MP kind of made up for it. Now however, you're essentially locked out of any significant strikes/upgrades & reduced to a pointless grind without paying extra to escape the loop.
Total dick move by Bungie, I'll definitely think long & hard before buying anything from them again based on this grab for cash…I certainly won't be blackmailed into buying expansion packs!
If you don't already own beyonetta, $8 is an absolute steal. Love that game.
Thief was on free on Games with Gold a couple of months ago (on Xbox 360)… so it runs a risk of being free in the next couple of months on Xbox One.
agree thief has been free on x360 and likely x1 soon.
microsoft have a habit of late of giving out the same game on 360 and x1 to take up their free gwg slots.
bit of a con especially with many x360 games becoming playable on x1 and all future x360 gwg releases will be compatable.

I wouldn't recommend Destiny for $27. Unless you want to pay extra to get the Taken King upgrade, it's not worth your while. The base game without Taken King is pretty useless now.
