Where to Find Bulk Balloons- VIC

Hi guys,

Just looking for a place where I can buy bulk balloons (not for helium) for as cheap as possible in Melbourne (can't be overseas as I need it next week for an office event).

I'm looking for around 1-2 thousand balloons, and they don't have to be extremely good quality, just enough to be blown up by a balloon pump for decorations.

  Given Woolworths sell 100 for $6, it isn't much of a bargain. I suspect Hot Potatoes/Reject store is probably your best option. Head in to one of the places that do helium balloons and ask/barter for 2000…
