Do they still pay the drivers $4 a delivery? When I was doing it, I was making $1 an hour profit after all costs. They wonder why I quit after a week!

I usually give 10%+ish + $1-2 for rain and cold. (Always in cash)

I always give an extra $4-5 and just say keep the change when the pizza man delivers our pizza.
