I was standing at the register today (Hectorville, SA), waiting for the person to run my card through for the beard trimmer that I found on OB, when I saw a very interesting sign.
10% off any ticketed item for Seniors Card holders, every day.
There were a few exclusions (computers, mobiles, Apple, gift cards, etc.), but not too many.
The shaver had been marked down already, and I still got 10% off it.

Yeah, this has been around for a while. I bought a $798 air conditioner from them (Mile End, SA) back in May and used it then.
Looked at new cordless phones for home found 3 types on line around the same price went in store (Gepps X)the prices were dearer when I said that the online price was cheaper salesman said that he would have to get managers approval to lower it then I said what about the seniors discount comment from sales person " No way" it is already discounted. so much for that went to Harvey Norman told them about the price got it for the GG shop price + 10% discount which came out cheaper than GG.
