The Good Guys Ebay store have a 20% off discount going on and I'm thinking of purchasing the Lg 8kg Front Load Washer WD14024D6 .
If anyone's got this product, can you give your opinion about the performance so far? Pros and Cons?
Also, does anyone have any experience with the LG White goods warranty support?

thanks! Been researching washers for a while now and apparently Choice picked the model I'm looking at as one of the best. Granted, nowadays nothing is solid when it comes to electronics and appliances. The original price is $1095, so with the 20% discount at TGGuys, the price comes down to $876. Cashrewards has a further 4% cashback as well for ebay purchases.
the thing i liked about the LGs where most of the units had an inlet hose for hot water and cold water.
Have had a LG top loader for many years and it is great (unlike Samsung w/machines lol).
Never had a fault so have not had to contact them for wty work.
Have 2 LG s/s aircons and one needed attention and the LG service dept was a pleasure to deal with.
Turned out the aircon problem was one caused by builders when doing our reno, not the product.

I am looking at a 7kg one instead of a 8kg because of the huge price difference. Does anyone know how much the difference is for the washings they hold?
Numbers wise I don't see the difference of 1kg(14.28%) extra matters that much. If 7kg can hold 10 towels a 8kg can hole 11.5 towels. There must be something I am missing.

I bought a LG 7kg front loader WD12021D6 about a year ago and I've been happy with the product so far, no issues at all.
There is a huge price difference between 7kg and 8kg so I chose 7kg. (Paid about $550 including delivery at JB HiFi in store.)
