    • Thanks for the update.

      • Are you revising your prices to beat dealextreme or focalprice? If not, then as they say in the classics…"NO DEAL".

        • +1

Most of the products sold there seem to be from Dealextreme/Focalprice (he would get discounts for bulk orders), so I don't think he can do that and still make a decent profit.

I think its great OozBoom is importing these products and selling them in Australia, I just don't think there is a point in trying to sell them to tech savvy people.

        • I've discussed with my manager on this issue.

We will revise our price as we provide:

          1) australia-certified standard
          2) quick dispatch and delivery

          Thank you for your update.

            @OozBoom: what is "australia-certified standard"?

This would also mean if I buy these from Hong Kong they will also have this….

Unless it means someone in Australia has checked it?

Anyway, i'm interested to see if you can provide a competitive price.

            Also, your delivery page says

Item will be dispatched within 2 days
Item will take up to 7 business days to arrive.

That seems very slow, or maybe you have exaggerated your times.

If I buy an item from Hong Kong that is in stock I can receive it in about 8-9 business days. I don't understand how someone in Australia can also take that long to ship it when Australia Post takes about 2-3 business days.

            • @samfisher5986: Sorry for the wrong information, read the comment below.

              Just for your info:
it’s illegal to ship from Hong Kong by air if it’s has a battery unless they declare as “dangerous goods” and pay addtional cost for it. Otherwise, it’s illegal to ship through by air.
I don't think they can have the price at $14.20 without any additional charges on declaration.

              :)
for promotional products, we usually dispatch orders immediately.
So delivery within 3days, including dispatch of orders.

              I've fixed the price to $12.95 + $4.95 shipping which is $17.90
Delivery period less than a week.

              • @OozBoom: Stop saying incorrect information.

You can buy them no problems from hong kong, don't try and trick people.

          • @OozBoom: I am interested to know which Australia-certified standard you adhere to?

            • @elguapo: Sorry. Wrong information on the australia-certified.
It doesn't connect to third-party source eg. Electric source.
This is just an accessories, direct electric socket connection.
              It's not required to certified.
              It's just a CE - "Customer Equipment"

By the way, it's illegal to ship from Hong Kong by air if it's has a battery unless they declare as "dangerous goods" and pay addtional cost for it.
Otherwise, it's illegal to ship through by air.

              • @OozBoom: It's not compulsory to certify it.
                Sorry about the wrong information.

    • As above. Can be had cheaper elsewhere.

      Not a bargain.

  • Be very careful of things like this, the capacity ratings are often total BS.

OozBoom have you actually tested the capacity of these? Just draw 0.5A from it through a load, and you should get nearly 2 hours from it. In my experience I have seen as little as 20 minutes from similar batteries.

    • Yes.
We have tested and it's working fine.
      :)
