Husband needs a small 4k Monitor.
Will it be possible to get one for 400? He do not mind a second hand one as he only need it until 9th of March.

He is after the 24inch model:
* samsung U24E850R
sometimes called E85,
older models don't support hdmi 2.0 (which is different to hdmi)
There is also a consumer model called:
* samsung u24e590d but missing the usb ports (only important for chromecast), and has a bad stand.
my husband is a programmer therefore he needs to use the monitor for long time everyday.
I want something that makes his eyes more comfortable:)
He will working another department from 9th of Mar, where the monitors are better.

Can you elaborate on what he will use it for? (A lot of people who think they want a 4K monitor would actually be better served by something else. Anyway, might as well give more detail and people can help better.)
