Fair to say that none of that is surprising. Unfortunately people in Australia are stupid and will fall for their lies. The amount of times I've heard a DS employee say "Sorry we don't accept returns" and the customer just accepts it is appalling.

Haha, I know exactly which supplier he is talking about, and wrote that article for MobiCity.
