Can't find much information on this particular model (black and white 'colorful' edition.
I don't see any mention that these earphones can be fake in the reviews.
Just not sure whether to go for the youth edition for $2 extra- a reviewer here http://www.head-fi.org/products/xiaomi-pistion-iii-youth-edi… couldn't reliably distinguish between these and the piston 3's. Also, is anyone who has ordered the Youth edition pistons on tinydeal able to confirm they are the real deal?
@donnot: I know there are lots of Piston 3 fakes, but I haven't heard about fake Youth Edition of Colourful Edition earphones. Probably because these models are quite cheap.

I've read a few reviews, apparently the 'Colorful Edition' are built with the same driver unit as more expensive Xiaomi Piston 3 and sound very similar.
Differences: Colorful Edition have plastic casing, while Piston 3 are metal, also these have flat cable and only one button on the remote.
