Anyone subscribed to this before? Is there much involved in preparing each meal, and most important anyone have any coupons/tips for saving money on it?

Yes, the code can only be used once (but you'd be pushing to get more than one delivery before 16 October anyway, since the deliveries are weekly).

Lost 15kg over 18months on food alone.
All food came in one foam esky once a week. breakfast, lunch and snack in plastic bags with day marked. Frozen dinner just heated with microwave.
Good for singles but getting a bit expensive for the whole family.I did this with my wife for awhile while our lives were hectic. It was pretty good, you do tend to get bored of the food after awhile but you can mix it up for awhile and be pretty happy with it for about 3 or 4 months, then you start to want something else. We just did the lunch and dinners. It does save a lot of time and will stop you from ordering so many pizzas :)
I'm on week one, on the 1200kk plan. I do get hungry in between meals, because my issue is that I'm a snacker. I snack travel a lot and snack throughout the trip. I think I'll get easier.
In terms of prep I'm just defrosting the bread the night before. I also cut up tomatoes, apples, etc. the night before and wrap it up, because we don't have knives at the office. It's very easy.

I like their frozen meals. I'm not a fan of their fresh salads, and they also kept having bugs in them (happened 4 times in 2 months… gross).

I've used it several times over the past few years (I get sick of it after a while and go back to my usual less-healthy diet). Very little preparation is involved (dinners come frozen and go straight into the microwave). They currently have a promotion code (LOVE15) for 15% off for deliveries no later than 16 October.
