DickSmith's eBay Shipping Times?

Hey guys,

Like many of you im sure, i bought a pebble smartwatch on friday using 'CDICKSMITH30' (or whatever the actual coupon was).

I obviously didnt expect it to be shipped monday due to the public holiday, but i thought it would of been shipped by now, but ebay still hasnt got it marked as posted.

Am i being unreasonable expecting them to ship it tuesday or wednesday? Its now almost lunchtime thursday and still no change. Seller normally ships within three business days so i would of thought id be seeing some activity by now, particularly since expected delivery is monday the 12th and australia post isnt exactly fast.

Anybody else in the same boat? Anyone's items shipped?

    They are slow..

    I ordered on 4th Oct for Click and Collect and item showed as In Stock. Still waiting for pickup notification..

      Thats atrocious. My C&C items are generally ready next business day. No stock near me of the watch though.

      I've bought a few things from them for Click & Collect and it was ready next business day.
      This morning I purchased a cordless phone from them and it says it's ready for collection today.

      Then another time I bought something for C&C, they never marked it as being ready for pickup. I went in to the store 2 weeks later and the guy said not to rely on those notifications and that it had been ready for ages.

      OP you could try using the contact form to ask for an update on your order.

      still nothing and they have not replied to my message on ebay.. how ridiculous. Will not be doing click and collect from them again.

      Not sure where i can find that particular order number? eBay doesnt seem to provide them.
      If its easier i can use 'contact seller' on the site.

    Good News! Item was posted on tuesday and is currently enroute. Just not updated on ebay.
