I just hired it from a Video Ezy kiosk.
Theres a reason this movie is free to rent (also had massive number of free tickets to see in cinema).
Its a Spy comedy without the comedy and without anything close to being a decent spy movie.

I thought it was great. It is a matter of opinion. I would recommend it.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I understand the comedy scenes were cringeworthy. That's why it was funny to me. Because it's the opposite of slick, smooth, sophisticated boring predictable spy stuff (which I still find enjoyable if done right). My housemate was cringing the whole time. Until the end. She then said it was a good movie.
So I'd say it depends largely on your style of humour.
I also enjoyed the way Jason Statham's character basically takes the piss out of the type of guy he is normally casted as.
The reason this movie is free to rent is because at the very end of the movie (after all the credits and after the blooper scene) it states:
"The making and authorized distribution of this film supported over 13,000 jobs and involved hundreds of thousands of work hours."
I recently flew to England and back and spy was one of the movies on the flight. After exhausting everything else I put spy on and decided after 10 minutes to rewatch something else.
At free it's still a ripoff as you have to spend time to work out it's shit.
You people are nuts, I thought this was a fantastic movie. The theater was dying of laughter as we were watching it. I would recommend it to anyone.
I kept laughing out loud at the ridiculousness of it. My housemate was squirming and hiding behind her hands.

I rented this at a Video Ezy kiosk and thought it was hilarious! Just a fun, silly movie. Watched it with the Mother in Law and we were both in stitches. Jason Stratham's character was my favourite.
