No, they have different pin sets. I'm assuming you're talking about DDR3 and DDR4?

No it won't as the pins are in a different layout. You will need DDR3 RAM regardless of MHz.
The 2133MHz is DDR4.

DDR4 RAM is not compatible with a DDR3 RAM motherboard. It's like asking if you can run DDR2 RAM along with DDR3 ram no different technology with different RAM slots.

Does the coupon work for any faster ram? 2133 ddr4 ram at those timings is much slower than ddr3 :/
you could overclock the RAM by simply increasing the voltage and changing the timing.
These are DDR4, they have low voltage by default. Low voltage means more headroom when overclocking :)
