  • The two usual problems are lack of players and the main problem is common hacked lobbies.
Mw2 is real bad for hacked games. I have no idea about blops.
Mw2 spec ops with a friend is great.

Black ops 2 is cheaper by a few dollars here.

  • Don't even bother. Hacked games and small numbers means it's pretty crap.

BO2 is still reasonably active (daily 3 - 5k). You will see hackers once a while but the community will usually take action to report. I'll probably pick that from the list.

  • Thanks for that! Been looking for a good deal on the Black Op games, these rarely ever go below $20 USD (unless you go to CDKey sites but that is always full of risks).
Steam keys too! So very happy.
    Thanks!

Just as a note. Do not buy season pass or any DLC. It will hamper your ability to find games significantly. Best to stick to the base game.

    • False! It's doesn't seem to do dat for me but most people play DLC games around 5-7AM ish in our Australian time. I think only MW2 & 3 PC DLCs are ones dats screws up the matchmaking. I reckon its worth $35AUD if u really love BO2 like I do & cant keep on playing the same maps over & over again. Season pass never goes below $20US when it's on sale on Amazon.

However don't bother with zombies DLC matchmaking as u will be put into unplayable 200+ ping lobbies.

Also Target has BO2 PC for $5 if u lucky to find a copy. Kmart might have it too for cheap. Just don't forget to ask counter if u can't find it like I did a year ago.

      • It screws up your match making because there are so little people with season pass. The stupid match making algorithm only pairs up people with DLCs even though it might be on a standard map rotation…im not gonna play BO2 at 5am!

During peak time (8pm to 12midnight), without season pass I find a match in less than 30 secs. With season pass, it varies from 3 mins to 15 mins. Im not gonna waste time sitting around just to get into a server that has only 6 DLC players…

    • What's the cheapest way to obtain it? Need the ray gun mark 2

Amazon when there's sale. Use isthereanydeal site to notify u when it's on sale

  • Dunno about u but the matchmarking seems unchanged before & after I install the DLCs for me. Also I still get into alot of vanilla lobbies instantly at daytime.

How the DLC management works in BO2 PC is dat when it can't find an lobby at all, its sets up a DLC lobby and if a vanilla player joins (which is 99% of time), it will remove the DLC maps from voting list.

I just saying dat I'm very happy with my $25US spent on those DLCs. Results may vary for others.

This is an great deal, thanks opp. But the fact that these games are only at this historical low price now after all these years really grinds my gears! The producers of these COD titles churn out these games once a year and seem to be so cocky about their franchise that the prices are always high!

    • Activision is a publisher I try to avoid. I don't actually own and CoD game as they have never been properly cheap and have hundreds of dollars of DLC (DLC should burn in Hell). Not to mention Destiny…

I put Activision on equal levels with Ubisoft; avoid like the plague. But this deal was cheap and I know not everyone shares the same opinion as me.
