It's just a content aggregator, but probably by only one person (or a few).

The freebies on their site are legit, and generally link to major brands websites or Facebook pages. Sometimes if you trawl through some of the older posts, you find freebies that are still ongoing. The competitions are dodgy/share with friends/spam your inbox forever kind that aren't worth the effort.
The US site sounds like a scam but the AU seems legit.
