Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has found any cost effective ways to buy an iPhone 6S 64GB variant.
So far, this seems to be my best so far:
Buy 23 $50 Dick Smith gift cards at Coles with value of $55 (promotion just recently ended) using ING 2% off paywave for each.
Value = 55 * 23 = $1265
Cost = 50 * 0.98 * 23 = $1127
Buy iPhone for $1229, and be left with $36 of Dick Smith credit to buy some overpriced screen protector if you're into that kind of thing.
Though this isn't a great saving, I have yet to find a better bargain. Would anyone veteran bargain hunter find anything?
iiNet which usually sells cheap iPhones sadly is currently more expensive than RRP at $1235 for the 1 month buy outright.
Probably best to look at Whirlpool forums; they usually have threads on those sort of things. Apple phones don't tend to drop much in price; particularly when newly released. Places like Kogan sometimes have grey imports that are a bit cheaper; if you want to risk them.
