However when I talked with their online agent they said impossible to be so cheap and then they asked their tech department to pop up the price immediately.

Did you click on the photos? The first ad says ticket price $589, less $110 and something about the discount being based on the ticket price.
The second ad says $589, ticket price $699 less $110.
Yes I did but Fair Trading can't control when a business is allowed to raise or lower their prices.
Are you wanting $110 off the $589 price?
The prices online are all matching the ad you linked. The only issue I can see is poor wording. Perhaps instead of "Ticket Price $589, Less $110" they could have used "Sale price $589" or "Save $110" or even both.
