I've purchased this Samsung washing machine item on Masters website with 10% off code

Actual price: $659
10% off code : -$65.9
Net price: $593.1

The same washing machine was for $440 delivered yesterday through Good Guys Ebay store using discount code CLICK15.(I've got screenshots and saved)

Do you think(from any of your previous experiences) that Masters would Price match to that ?

    I just reread your post again. Store generally don't price match when discount codes/coupons are involved.
    
    You've already purchased the item, it's an ebay store, and involves a discount code which has expired, so I think the chances of you getting a partial refund is unfortunately 0.
