Not blown away by the DM offers this month. Wahoo is pretty bland and inoffensive, but $10 for 6 is pretty good that you can suck down while watching the Cowboys win the grand final, right? Shame there's nothing new or German this month. Had hope they'd realise Oktoberfest was coming up.
XXXX pale ale is disgusting filth, if you get excited by this you're just weird.
There's also the same usual mix of wine and spirits that I know nothing about.
not a good move by DM considering its final season unless they are trying to clear excess stock :)
If you read the DM customer reviews for the wahoo then you can see that they are pretty universal in bagging this beer.

The two Cider deals look decent,might try them instead of the beer this month. Two very disappointing beer deals in a row now
The Monteiths were good.
I thought they were very good but they were too subtle in flavor for some folks I know of. I think people are getting too deep into the craft beer thing and its now the norm to like beers that are overhopped with a long bitey aftertaste. Maybe good for winter. Summers coming folks and my pabst blue ribbons are locked and loaded.
The $30 Vodka Elderflower tastes good, the boss loves it!
Now, if they could only update the ios app to work with ios9.0.1 I might be able to order something!

The wahoo summer ale, IMHO, tastes like fetid urine . probably one of the worst beers I have ever tasted. Bought a 6 pack last time it was $10. Drank the first and thought it must have been bad so I later tried a second - same deal. Next tried a third in case my taste buds had been off but they weren't. Tipped the rest if that beer and the remaining 3 down the sink.

Have you ever tried XXX Bitter? I'm still haunted by the taste. It tastes like it was brewed with a dead vagrant lying rotting in the bottom of the tank.
In comparison the xxxx bitter is sparkling refreshing energy filled pure goodness that has been drunk from the breast of a beautiful woman (or man - dependent on your preceference). I can't emphasize the evil that is the wahoo summer ale. The wahoo premium is a reasonable beer and I can't believe it was made by the same company.

Not a good month from uncle Dan so I'm going to instead jump onto thirsty camels $10 off any slab of beer for Today only.
The Wahoo Summer Lager is the worst beer I have ever tried. It tastes like liquid fish oil tablets. I actually mixed it with Raspberry Vodka and it was an improvement to the taste.
Mixing beer with flavoured vodka in an attempt to salvage it is desperate stuff
I kind of knew the good beer offerings were going to dry up. And on Finals week. They have dozens of beers why keep choosing this swill?

Redd's Apple Ale is $10 too.
The Wahoo and the Redd's Apple Ale both seem to get awful ratings on ratebeer.
The Redds tastes like someone took the dregs out of the drip tray at a pub which had both cider and beer taps.
If I was somewhere it was free and I had to pay for water, I'd still go the water.
The Pressman's Original All Australian Apple Cider is also for $10. Is it any good?

Having a xxxx gold pale ale. Bought a six pack in my never ending quest to find a light and a midstrength that is drinkable and I have to say I have had worse than this. I have also had better.
Rogers (Little Creatures) is an outstanding midstrength. Bit pricey though.
Not going to be rushing to buy this months "beer" deals…
