i am sure some kids will jump in here to tell you these free games ps+ has been providing for "free" are very entertaining, amazing, fabulous, better than many aaa titles some of us are waiting for.
they will probably imply that if you dont appreciate those amazing free shit, it is just your problem and you do not have good taste.

I don't mind so called non-AAA or indies games but I prefer a balanced list. Lately we've been getting old school/2D platformer games again and again. I want something new and exciting!
Mine ran out last month. I have a shit load of single player games to play right now, I have no motivation to resub for a while.

hmm well after all the hype that Assassin's Creed was supposed to be the main PS4 give away, I feel quite disappointed.
Not as good as other months but still quite decent. Would be fun to play Broken Age and never heard of Unmechanical Extended before but sounds like fun.
Haha, I almost bought Broken Age in the last humble bundle. My PC couldn't handle it, though. I'm also gonna check out Super Meat Boy. Awesome. :D
Purchased unmechanical when it first came out on Steam, a great but short game, 3 hours! I just hope the extended is much longer.
there's an extra level on the PS4, I can't recall offhand if I bought this during the recent flash sale as it was only a few dollars (so was Kick Beat), from memory.
I am new in PS4 world. Anyone can tell me how I can download and play those games?
Once the 3rd/4th of October hits the game will have playstation plus icon where you would purchase it instead. Once you do that the game is linked to your account and you can either download it when it's free or in a few months down the track, just need to make sure you 'link' it to your account.
Also just in case you're unaware, you need the PS Plus subscription!

I am generally a supporter of PS+, however I ended up selling all my PlayStation consoles recently because there was nothing of any interest to me on the horizon. I was playing destiny and warframe exclusively, destiny became complete crap and warframe doesn't need PS+ to play online anyway. I then decide to play warframe on PC and discovered it was far superior to the console versions.
As a 7 year PlayStation gamer it seems like it is in a bit of a slump, perhaps not just limited to the PlayStation world (games in general), but it is certainly affected.
Bit if rant, but getting another set of indie/2d platformers and I felt like commenting.
Totally agree with you, that's why I think Xbox is coming back stronger; their future looks much brighter currently than PS4. At least Microsoft give a AAA every now and then, PS Plus is just indies…
