True, but there are some cheaper places for certain cases (like Samsonite Aeris (71cm for $158+$17p&p=$175 compared to $220 @LD) if you're an Entertainment card holder from their online shop). I actually called LuggageDirect and they wouldn't price match, not even if I picked up and paid the price for the case+shipping! While that in itself is ok, the guy was really quite rude about the whole thing, so I won't be taking my business there in future. No doubt if just buying stuff at retail or from the website you'd have no problem though.

It was a one day opening special on Boxing Day I think because I saw it at Chadstone and there was ALOT of luggage being bought. Most likely has been running ever since.

From what I've seen previously, Myer normally only have selected range on sale between 30-50% through out the year. This sale is all models, so it's a good chance to grab their higher end ranges.
I'm pretty sure Brisbane City and Carindale stores have the same promotion but it's 50% off .
