  • Hi,
I was wondering for the free shipping for new customer deal must be used with the $25 off orders over $100 deal? Is there a separate code for the free shipping for new customers?
    Thanks

This site is a piece of shit, advertises Nike shoes at 50% off retail, inflates retail prices to probably 50% to begin with. Dodgy

    • NO it isnt. Ive bought loads of designer clothing for $10 - $30 (RRP 200 - $300+)

You just have to keep an eye on the clearance section

Well to have Nike shoes advertised in my face at 50% below retail for them to cost more on sale than they do retail and most stores is a piece of shit.

  • I am a new customer but still being charged for $9.95 delivery.. What am I doing wrong?

  • I don't know where the OP got their information from, but there's no free shipping deal for new customers so far as I can tell.

  • is it expired already as it says is invalid or expired when i use it. or must i pay with hsbc card to entitle for the promo? thanks.

    • You can only use it once. Have u used it before? Was your order total excluding shipping over $100.

Code expires next year in Feb

      • definitely never use it before that's why i'm trying it out now but it seems like it's not working at all. any catch to get it working? must i pay with hsbc card or is there limited use of the code? thanks.

        • I used it last week and paid with a westpac card.

Make sure there are no spaces before or after the promo code before you submit it

        • @easternculture: i tried it again just now but it seems like it is confirmed not working anymore. TT

  • Beware all sales are final and they don't give refunds, store credits or exchanges. They are not like ASOS where you can shop with confidence. I got a suit that was ridiculously over sized and they will not provide any support. If your in the same situation, please lodge a complaint to the ACCC and/or request for dispute bank charge back. Its no better than online scamming site

    • I got store credit last time. You have to pay for postage though, so i wouldn't exactly say "shop with confidence" but its not the end of the world
