Does anyone have experience with their returns process? Is it straightforward and (as the website says) free?
I did it a while back and it was pretty painless. From memory you call up and request the return and they email you a label to print and stick on the box to send back.

The Julius Marlow shoe box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter or damage in anyway – e.g do not attach shipping forms, tape or mark the box. Doing so can result in your return being invalid.
Shoes cannot be returned for change of mind with scratched or dirty soles. We suggest you try them on for the first time on carpet to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Goods can then be returned using a Reply Paid address at no cost to you.
Nice timing, bought a pair for work. Current one is in need of replacing.
