Xiaomi 10000mAh Power Bank Stopped Working

After waiting weeks for powerbank https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/206467 I have had only one use of it and now refuses to recharge the unit .
Have tried different leads etc Unit gets warm but no led indication or output.
Anyone else having problems?

    no longer have the box had hoped banggood sold some quality obviously not.

    Hi OP!

    I have ALL the Xiaomi Power Banks.

    No problems so far with the 10,000mAh model - However, it hardly gets used!

    We have had a problem with one of the 5,000mAh models.

    It turned out to be the USB output port on the Power Bank.

    Before I realised that it was only the port, I disassembled the Power Bank to check it out.

    While disassembled the device worked. I then looked closer at the USB Port. It just needed a little manipulation and the Power Bank now works perfectly after re-assembly.

    In hindsight I probably did not need to disassemble the unit. The USB Port could have been fiddled with by using a small flat tool (preferably plastic/nylon).
