Does anybody know a cheap way to get the Destiny Taken King expansion? I've been looking online and it seems like the only way to get it is in a bundle that includes the original game and all three expansions. I stopped playing after the Dark Below expansion and want to get back into it but can't justify forking out at least $70 just for two additional expansions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm in the same boat, originally had it for both the 360 and the One. The Xbox One version had the expansion pass, but the 360 didn't have any DLC, so I ended up grabbing it for 360, although I still want it for the One.
It's strange that none of the reputable code websites haven't got stock of Taken King. In the physical package is just a code for Taken King, and a separate code for the expansion pass, along with the original destiny disk.
However, after playing it, I can tell you that it's worth the price of admission, and with the Target Ebay deal for $66, It's probably the cheapest you'll see it for a little while.
What I did was trade in Destiny for the Destiny: Taken King Legendary Edition at EB, whilst getting them to price match JB HI FI ($79). Brought the cost down to around $55 (can't remember from the top of my head)
If you already have year one content, you can always buy the 20% off PSN cards at Coles atm and then purchase TTK from the PS Store. I believe the trade in value has dropped significantly since TTK was released.
Just pulled the trigger on the target ebay deal. Thanks overburnedwarrior! Unfortunately I have an Xbox one so can't do the PSN trick. I figured $33 dollars for the taken king and house of wolves was worth it. I'll use the code and see what I can get for the disc on eBay.

I'm confused too. I only have the original game so I'm thinking of just trading it in and getting the new version with all the expansions once it's a bit cheaper. The Taken King DLC on it's own is $70 on PSN so the bundle seems like the best value for money.
