Looking for Cheap 65" TV

I'm currently looking for a new 65" TV to replace my 6 year old 50 inch Soniq.

I am looking for an economy model under $2K and was looking at the following two TV's:

JB Hi-Fi: Soniq Ultra HD LED Smart TV (Sticker price $1799, rep offered $1599) link
Dick Smith: 65" JVC HDTV ($1699, rep offered $1571) Sorry, no model number for this one but its not online and the rep said it is brand new to the store.

I am also open to going to Costco, TGG, Harvey Norman, Kogan, etc if I can get a better deal.

I work for a large company that uses RewardsGateway so I can buy JB Hi-Fi gift cards at 6% discount. I also have some of 'Employee Special Pricing' with JB Hi-Fi which I am waiting to hear back on, but am not super optimistic about.

I know these are not the best TV's and the the Samsung/LG's are better quality. However, I am not interesting on dropping $3K+ on this TV and am not super picky about picture quality.

Does anyone have advice on these TV's or able to recommend a similar model? Any feedback would be awesome!

      Thanks mate. Awesome deal. Still having trouble saying No to 65" for $1500.

        I think Aldi had 65" for $1200 and they are still taking rainchecks.
