This seem s like a great deal for what you are buying. While it may not be LED it is still cheap for a decent quality reading lamp. Just bought some for my kids desk. Looking at the rubbish ones that Bunnnings self, this looks much better with more features.

Yes. Before buying it, would be good to know what replacement bulbs are required and how much they cost.

You're better off with a full spectrum colour temperature adjustable LED desk lamp that does not require an expensive replacement bulb.
